These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MyApp Studio, a product of Clearbrook Software LLC ("the App," "we," "us," or "our"), including our Android and iOS applications, backend services, and related websites. By signing in and using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

MyApp Studio is an AI-powered app builder. You describe an application you want by voice or text, and the App utilizes Google's Gemini models to generate a structured application schema and custom views. This generated mini-application ("a MyApp") runs inside MyApp Studio's runtime preview environment and can optionally be installed on your device as a standalone Progressive Web App (PWA) or pinned to your home screen.

MyApp Studio allows you to create customized MyApps, input data into them, and share them with other users. All MyApps, table structures, and data rows created or shared by you are considered "User Content."
