Request Account Deletion
Use this form to request deletion of your MyApp Studio account and all associated data. We'll process your request and confirm by email.
Delete it yourself in the app
You can also delete your account immediately in MyApp Studio: open the account menu (the circle with your initials at the top right of the home screen), tap Delete Account, and confirm.
Subscriptions are not cancelled by deleting your account
If you subscribe to a MyApp Studio plan, cancel it in your Google Play subscriptions or your Apple ID subscriptions as well, or it will keep renewing.
What is deleted, and what is kept
Deleted: your sign-in record, your MyApps and everything in them, your conversations with the assistant, your sharing data and inbox, your notifications and settings, your usage logs, and the group MyApps you created. We also ask our subscription processor to delete its record of you.
Kept or anonymized: a record tied to your email address or phone number of how many free and subscription apps and changes it has used (so a deleted-and-recreated account cannot claim a new free allotment), flag reports and moderation records, anonymous operational figures with nothing identifying you, rows you added to other people's group MyApps (with your name removed), copies of your email address that already appear in other users' accounts, group content of yours (and your display name) that an AI lookup on another member's device already sent to our AI provider (it stays in that member's logged request), short-lived rate-limit and daily AI-usage counters (they expire on their own within days), and, if you signed up for email updates on our website, that list entry (ask us to remove it).
